Depart from Garden City, driving east on Hwy 156, 19 miles to Concannon Lake. |

Arrive at the lake by turning left, heading north to the lake entrance. Enjoy the wildlife that abounds here or try your luck at fishing.

Depart for Dighton traveling south back to Hwy 156. Turn left heading east. Drive three miles to the junction of Hwy 23. Turn left heading north to Dighton, 35 miles. |

Arrive in Dighton at the Old Bank Gallery, 146 E. Long, a turn of the century bank restored to an art gallery.

Arrive in Scott City - at the light, turn right onto Business Hwy 83 heading north to The Majestic, 420 Main Street, and enjoy a fabulous lunch in a unique setting.

Depart on Main Street heading north on Hwy 83 to Keystone Gallery, 18 miles. |

Arrive at Keystone Gallery, located on Rt. 1 west of Hwy 83. This 1917 limestone church serves as a studio and art gallery. Souvenirs, fossils and collectibles for sale. Hours, 9am-sunset and varies in the winter.

Depart for Lake Scott State Park heading south on Hwy 83, 6 miles. |

Turn off Hwy 83 onto K95 heading west. Follow the road to lake. It's one of the top tourist destinations in Kansas. It is also the historic site of the El Quartelejo Ruins, a pueblo settled by Taos Indians about 1604. |
